training schedule for holidays

ok... here's the training schedules:

Monday - 5 p.m. (land)
Wednesday - 5.30 p.m. (land)
Thursday - 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. (pool)
Friday - 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (pool)
Saturday - 11 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. (pool)
Sunday - 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (pool)

Take note that land training will start AFTER Pestan Sukan, so all pls come (EXCEPT those with attachment). The pool slots MAY change after competition due to uneven hours, but it'll be like this meanwhile.

As for friday's slot, year 1s will come for the first 2 hrs followed by year 2s and 3s, so that transporting of boats can be done w/o anyone having to stay back just for it.

there'll be a pool slot for IVP players (both guys and girls) on 24th Aug. it's from 2 - 5 pm. The girls will be using the first 1 half hrs, so we'll use the other 1 half lor...

SO... be down at 3 so can prepare like warm up and stuff... =)

Just to let u know

The reason y i asked for ur exam times are so that extra pool slots can be arranged since Nat Champs are like so near... i'll update u all abt the pool slots again. but for now, pls dun get sick/injured/or any other funny things like HAND FOOT MOUTH!!! understand anot...

As for the photos for SRRR, i'll ask for it asap =)
